A gay man is getting ready to be the best man in his friend's wedding, so he takes one last go at expressing his more than platonic feelings. Well done all around.

I had the honor of seeing The Best Men at Rochester, New York's GLBT film festival Image Out October 11th. The Best Men was part of a series of short films shown that night and in my opinion was the well crafted short of the night. The short relies less on the spoken word and more upon facial expression, quiet sensual expression helping one recall our own moments of pain when words are entirely useless. Well done.
ReplyDeleteThe film was perfect. It tells us that sometimes we just have to let people go and move on. Very true, yet very painful at the same time. The movie really struck something in me because it made me cry for ten minutes afterwards.
